My condo has been having difficulty staying warm, plus this sad me.
Last winter, even though I had the heating system on a lot, I still noticed our condo was not that warm! I couldn’t have the oil furnace idea running all of the time, because not only is that hard on the machine, but that will make our utility bills spike! So for most of last winter, I just had to deal with the cold hot plus cold temperatures.
However, now that Wintertide is back around the corner, I don’t idea on going another cold Wintertide again. I idea on keeping our condo warm this year. I knew that it likely wasn’t the heating system itself, because the heating equipment was still fairly new. So, I looked for other reasons why the condo could not stay warm love it should be. One was the thermostat, but I figured the thermostat likely wasn’t the cause either. So after that I thought about sealing all of the cracks in our home. After I had successfully sealed all of the cracks in our home, I was disappointed to see that it didn’t make much of a difference. I was running out of ideas, so I relied on a professional Heating and Air Conditioning tech to tell myself and others what I should do. Luckily, the heating plus professional was able to tell myself and others what the complication was, plus it was that the HVAC duct had holes in it. Luckily, this is an straight-forward fix, plus he was able to service it in no time. And that was the issue, almost instantly, our condo became actually warm, almost too warm, plus I was blissful to have a heated condo again.
