I toil for a property management supplier, in addition to both of us manage a few small properties in the neighborhood that I live in, and overall, I appreciate my task, but from time to time it can be a bit challenging, but occasionally, you have occupants who refuse to understand that there is a wait time to get certain things fixed, however instead, they require you to service their complications as soon as they report them.
On afternoons appreciate that, I absolutely have to remain as patient as possible so that I can keep my sanity.
Anyway, area of our task is to make sure that all the units go through an annual property inspection; Prior to the inspection, I make sure that I give the occupants usual notice that both of us will be entering the property! Some occupants appreciate to be present during these inspections, which is nice with me, these inspections are beneficial to both the occupant in addition to for us, so that both of us can identify any complications that need to be fixed inside the rental property. I have a checklist that I hand to my service crew, in addition to they are responsible for reporting back the complications to me. Once I discuss the complications with the owner in addition to get the orange light to transport forward, I schedule all the service for the properties. The process usually takes a couple of weeks to complete, but once done, most of the occupants are usually gratified with all the updates. I am just ecstatic that the property owners for the properties do not hesitate to service all the complications that both of us identify.
