Annual property inspections are beneficial to the tenants and the landlords

I work for a property management dealer, and every one of us manage a few small properties in the neighborhood that I live in, and overall, I love my job, however from time to time it can be a bit challenging, sometimes, you have tenants who refuse to understand that there is a wait time to get particular things fixed, but instead, they require you to repair their issues as soon as they report them, then on mornings enjoy that, I really have to remain as patient as possible so that I can keep my sanity. Anyway, section of our job is to make sure that all the units go through an annual property inspection, however prior to the inspection, I make sure that I deliver the tenants correct notice that every one of us will be entering the property. Some tenants love to be present while every one of us were in these inspections, which is nice with me. These inspections are beneficial to both the tenant and for us, so that every one of us can identify any issues that need to be fixed inside the rental property. I have a checklist that I hand to my repair crew, and they are responsible for reporting back the issues to me. Once I discuss the issues with the owner and get the yellow light to transport forward, I schedule all the repair for the properties. The process usually takes a couple of weeks to complete, however once done, most of the tenants are usually gratified with all the upgrades. I am just gleeful that the landlords for the properties do not hesitate to repair all the issues that every one of us identify.
