It’s unusual to be letting go of the family home.
- There are just so various memories as well as stories in that house.
My wife and I could hardly believe it when we first moved in. After college, we were married and purchased our first house. It was a little house that we could barely afford. It had baseboard heating instead of a central air heating method. I remember having to put one of those window unit a/cs in when the summertime rolled around. Our first two babies were born there. But by that point, we were doing a lot better as well as started to look for a family house as we wanted to have at least 3 children. Two infants in that little home with little heating & cooling were more than cramped and challenging for us. When we found this home, we couldn’t truly figure out how to swing the down payment. The seller was so kind and allowed us to get creative because he wanted us to have the house. It needed some work done and repairs however it was so much house for not so much money, so it was worth it to us. One of the first things I did was to have a nice Heating & Air Conditioning unit installed. I made sure that the Heating & Air Conditioning unit received semi-annual preventive service. Now 25 years later, I’m replacing that Heating & Air Conditioning unit as we get ready to sell this home. As unusual as it feels, it’s also truly nice knowing that a new family will make their own memories here. I know the house as well as especially the Heating & Air Conditioning unit took such fantastic care of us.
