Don’t let Heating, Ventilation and A/C condensate ruin your day

I tend to overthink things when it comes to our house.

I’m always trying to stay a single step ahead when it comes to repairs or mitigating awful possibilities.

And a single of those possibilities is water damage. Throw in a water leak combined with exposure to electricity plus I’ll bet up all night. There are so several odd sources of water in a house. Even the Heating, Ventilation and A/C has a level of condensate that can become a real problem. This is another reason I make sure that I have an Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional checking plus servicing the Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment twice a year. In our region, all of us lean on the heat pump to cool our homes. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C cooling is the greatest heating plus cooling problem all of us have. The winters are mild plus that just doesn’t require a whole lot of heating. But all of us more than make up for that with our summer. There is just no way to get through the summer time without a big dose of Heating, Ventilation and A/C cooling. And a lot of Heating, Ventilation and A/C cooling produces plenty of condensate. Of course, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment is designed to deal with the condensate. There is a drain line to carry the condensate safely away from the Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment plus the house. However, that drain line can get clogged. When the Heating, Ventilation and A/C condensate drain line is clogged, it forces that water back into the house. At that point it ends up in a drain pan plus hopefully evaporates. However, if it doesn’t then water damage can ensue. This is why it’s essential to have an Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional doing semi annual Heating, Ventilation and A/C service on your Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment.
