There was a time when I couldn’t be bothered by much of what was going on around me, but it was all focus on the job at hand plus achieving goals, then this was the way I was raised plus what I brought to the zone controlled heating plus A/C of the office, but when it came to work, I was two hundred percent committed; but for sure, that’s a good way to get ahead in business! But it’s not so good for relationships plus adding balance to your life. When the commercial heating plus A/C of the office was no longer accessible while my fantastic friend and I were in the pandemic, it was easily a fantastic thing. When my fantastic friend and I were back in the office, it wasn’t that way because I just kept going. But being at a condo plus slowing down helped myself and others realize that I was missing out on a sizable chunk of our life. I’ve run tests on being present plus in the moment for the last few years, and it’s really paid off for me, however on top of strengthening our relationships plus our own wellness, I even saved myself a sizable heating plus A/C repair expense. I actually noticed that the heating plus A/C component sounded weird. The heating plus A/C professionals were able to catch a problem really early that saved myself and others sizable bucks.
