Most straining will occur when the homeowners set low the control equipment while I was in harsh weather such as summer. An a/c expert once shared a tip with me to always have our plan undergo a/c repair before the Summer & Wintertide seasons. This ensures that the equipment is ready to face the ‘extreme’ hot & cold temperatures when the A/C worker confirms the equipment is in great condition. A heat pump would strain when the lubrication on the heat & AC product is worn off & the parts are rubbing against each other, and last summer, the cooling workman forgot to do the air duct cleaning which limited the free flow of air, causing a strain on the ductless Heating, Ventilation and A/C. This also increased our utility bills tremendously. It does not matter the Heating, Ventilation and A/C brand you have, keeping the equipment in great condition by servicing it will keep it from straining. At times the A/C representatives say that the straining can be from reasons beyond our control, like that time our equipment was straining because the electricity was dimmed & I was unaware, then cleaning or replacing the filter will keep the equipment from straining & eventually malfunctioning. This will ensure that the air quality plan functions optimally improving the whole condo air purification; Fortunately for me, our local corporation gave me with these tips to keep the equipment functioning at 100 percent. When the heat pump is functioning as it should, homeowners get to save a lot of money, time, & headache from dealing with the repairs.
