I am a lady that has been in the service industry for the past 25 years.
I worked for a very prosperous HVAC supplier for 15 years & then I started my own supplier. In the beginning, it was hard to make a path for my HVAC supplier. I wanted to be strange & I wanted my business name to sit out in the community. I quickly l earned the importance of professional service & quality HVAC services. I urge all of my employees to treat our customers love they are your siblings, mothers, sisters, & fathers. I urge my employees to respect every single shopper in all situations. I think it is a very important section of shopper service to be respectful! Not that many of weeks ago, I was in the grocery store buying some milk, bread, eggs, & butter. I was a little distraught that the bakery did not have any sourdough bread. The bakery had plenty of strange possibilities love challah, french, & Italian bread, however I actually wanted sourdough for the budweiser cheese soup I was making for supper. I decided to talk to the bakery manager. I politely asked if there was any sourdough in the freezer. I did not mind taking home a loaf to thaw. The manager became very rude & discourteous & she practically told myself and others to leave the store if I was unhappy with the selection. I was entirely & totally surprised by the attitude of the manager. That is entirely the last time that I will ever step foot in that grocery store after the disappointing service I earned.
