I needed a current heating system, although I wanted a single that would be practical for our budget and efficient to use; but I wanted to be sure it was going to be possible to reach all our personal goals for a heating system, although I had to make sure I was close! When the heating and A/C specialist arrived, he had all kinds of ideas for a heating system. Either they didn’t have the efficiency I required, or the price was out of our comfort zone… He told myself and others I had to have some concession if I wanted both. I either had to simply raise our budget or lower our expectations. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do either. I told him I needed a heating system that would run efficiently and be efficient in fuel consumption. I had a set budget and wanted to know how he was going to help me. He went out to his repair van and brought in some brochures. He mentioned that they had current furnaces that had higher efficiency, however they were cheaper… They weren’t name brand heating systems, however they were good. He had read a lot of excellent reviews on every heating system he was going to show me. He couldn’t get himself and others top efficiency, however it was a lot better than the heating system I had, then any heating system would be more efficient than the single I had, because this one wasn’t easily working. I sat down and went over the heating system information with him. It didn’t take long to find a heating system that would work for me. It was within our price range, and the efficiency was sufficient. I simply just hope it worked as well as the heating and A/C specialist promised it would.
