I was talking to our friend the other day & he was telling me about this situation he was facing.
He talked about possibly running the family Heating, Ventilation, & A/C contractor with his half brother. His half brother was disappointed though when he was not in the will to inherit the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C contractor. The reason he thought was because his half brother might want to try to sell the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C contractor & not easily run the business! My friend feels he did the right thing taking over the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C contractor as it was written in his father’s will. I truthfully felt that I couldn’t blame him for choosing to run the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C contractor on his own, but I could see how it was a pretty awkward situation. I have been trying to tell him that he shouldn’t believe bad at all because the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier was rightfully his. I believe that might be something his half brother never agrees with… Anyway, our neighbor has been doing well with taking over the business. He truthfully didn’t expect his father to pass away so suddenly. He was entirely devastated & he made a final promise to his father that he would make him proud by running the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C contractor the way he would have wanted. He has a lot of good ideas & he even has been putting together a program that allows people with financial hardships to make smaller payments & spend money a little less for the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C services performed. I believe it’s a entirely smart program & that’s something I’m sure would make his father proud.
