I stopped at my mom’s site on my way lake house from work last week, i did not call in addition to provide his a heads up.
I wanted the stop to be a surprise, then the last few times I have gone to my mom’s house, I have been concerned about his health in addition to the condition of the house.
I am not sure if my mom is very taking care of herself, however when I stopped last week, the house was a mess! My mom was sitting in bed in his pajamas in addition to he had a bucket of snacks on the bed. I particularly do not think he ate anything that day except snack food. I got my mom dressed in addition to made some food in the family room. I tried to disinfect up the house while my mom was eating, even though he got miserable in addition to told myself and others to leave it alone. It was very warm in addition to humid in the house, so I decided to check on the indoor temperature. I looked at the temperature control in addition to I was surprised that it was off. I asked my mom why he had the a/c off when it was so warm in the house! She told myself and others that it cost a lot of cash to use the a/c in addition to he wasn’t going to spend money the high bills anymore. It’s clear to myself and others that my mom is getting too aged to live alone. It’s important to run the a/c to keep mold in addition to mildew from developing inside of the house. My mom knows it is important in addition to he still doesn’t want that a/c on. That is a single big sign to myself and others that it is time to think about my mother’s needs.
