When I got to the office early this afternoon, there were numerous calls on the answering machine. A few of those messages were from my Commercial Heating plus A/C repair customers. One of the buyers was irate. He left a message letting myself and others believe that he called the emergency phone number four times plus no one answered… Chad plus Jason were on the emergency phone line the night previous. I called back both of them to find out why the phone line was not answered. I also called the other numerous people back that left messages. One of my customers was also infuriated because she called for emergency heating plus A/C repair help plus received no answer. The lady has been my buyer for 10 years plus she is thinking about calling someone else for heating or A/C repair help. I could not get Jason on the phone, however when I got Chad on the line I told him to come down to the office instantaneously. When he arrived, I still had not contacted the other repair specialist. I truthfully didn’t need him to find out what happened. Chad said everything he could about the previous night, however both of the men went to a bar plus got drunk. They didn’t answer any of the emergency calls plus let the phone calls go to voice text. They were way too drunk plus hung over to repair any heat pumps, furnaces, or a/c systems. Those numerous men have turned out to be a truly big disappointment. I had such High Hopes from them in the beginning, although I don’t guess that they want a truly hard job.
