Running the HVACin different climates

I have to get the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professionals to come out to complete the annual preventive maintenance along with a tune-up

HVAC used to be a bigger part of my life when I lived in colder climate areas. This was when the Winter came in by September and wanted to stay until March. That was quite a thing to get accustomed to. Luckily, that wasn’t an area of my life that lasted all that long. I went way up north for about 5 years in an effort to receive a substantial step up in my job position But as soon as I could, I hightailed it for the warmer weather conditions of the south. Plus, I’m from here so that had a lot to do with it too. But aside from the Winter, I enjoyed living up north. But dealing with the furnace and assuring that I had enough wood stocked up for the wood stove as a plan B was all a bit much for me to handle. Now, I am back in the land of the heat pump and couldn’t be happier. In fact, it’s just about that time of year where every one of us switches the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C temperature control from heating to cooling. I know that might seem a bit premature for those that are still shoveling snow and living in freezing temperatures. But in this area, HVAC cooling starts kicking on a bit during the warmest part of the day come about mid-May. But before I do that switch over, I have one other task to complete. I have to get the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professionals to come out to complete the annual preventive maintenance along with a tune-up. It won’t be too much longer until the heat will be once again upon us. I always prefer knowing that the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system is prepared to meet that challenge.
