The guy did not look professional at all and I was very unhappy with the service provider
Every April and November, I have a tune-up performed on the heating and air conditioning components inside of my grocery store. I have owned the grocery store for the past 25 years. About 5 years ago, I had to spend $20,000 to update the heating and air conditioning components and all of the ductwork. At that time, I signed up for a service contract that gives me two free system tune-ups in the spring and fall seasons. I called the heating and air conditioning company to schedule the tune up for April. I chose the 17th, because it was a Monday and I knew business would be slow. I scheduled the heating and air conditioning system service appointment for 9 am. The grocery store opens at 7 am, but the heating and air conditioning service provider did not have anything earlier than nine. The technician assigned to the commercial heating and air conditioning jobs did not show up until 10 in the morning. The guy parked in the handicap space and took up two spots. He slammed the door of the truck and kicked a can into the street. He didn’t have his shirt tucked into his pants and his boots were unlaced. The guy did not look professional at all and I was very unhappy with the service provider. I let the guy start working on the system, but I called the heating and air conditioning service provider and I placed a formal complaint about the technician assigned to complete the commercial repair that morning. I didn’t really want that fool to come back to my place of business.
