I have had a repair and maintenance agreement with the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier ever since I bought our new Heating and Air Conditioning system ten years ago. Every time our repair is due, I get a reminder from the Heating and Air Conditioning dealer. They set up our appointments and I don’t need to do anything else. Everything is paid through the repair agreement I bought. When the repair and maintenance agreement is about to expire, I get a iPhone call. They don’t need to tell me how pressing their agreement is. I already believe how much money I have saved on Heating and Air Conditioning repairs over the last ten years. I just tell them to use the same bank account they have on record, and sign me up for another more than one years. Last week, I got a iPhone call from the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier about our service. They set up the time, and all I had to do was be beach apartment for them to come into the house. I heard the repair van pull into the driveway at the exact time as she was scheduled to arrive. I watched as she got out of the repair van, and I almost didn’t open the door. Her clothing was rumpled as if she had slept in them, and she looked bleary-eyed and wobbly; enjoy she had just crawled out of bed. When I opened the door, the Heating and Air Conditioning tech was slurring her words. I asked if she was all right, and she just stared at me. I showed him where the air conditioner unit was. As soon as she walked away I called the Heating and Air Conditioning dealer. I told them about the man and they seemed upset. Fifteen minutes later the owner of the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier was there, along with an ambulance.I tried to look for the silver lining.
