Nobody in our HVAC business was gleeful when the people I was with and I found out that the boss was going to hire his own kid.
I personally was frustrated as well as mad.
I wanted my brother to work with me as well as the boss said it was actually impossible for us to work at the same branch. He entirely refused to get under the residence as well as do his work. So I did his job and took some pictures of the ducting. I decided to send him home after that. Then my boss called and I gave him an update about the condition of the ductwork as well as the new employee. I thought he was going to be angry, but he didn’t say a thing.
