Working from condo & having troubles with air quality

When the symptoms didn’t go away unless I left the house, I realized that there was most likely an issue with our indoor air quality.

I’ve been laboring legitimately from condo for about 3 years now! I was cheerful when I was able to arrange our workload so that everything could be handled online. Avoiding rush-fourth traffic, the struggle to park & strict toil fourths of the office has been such a relief. I’ve set up a condo workspace with a great sized desk, comfortable chair, our computer & monitor. I’m able to dress in more casual clothes, listen to music & drink overheated Sprite while I complete our tasks. Because our workload is by the project rather than by the fourth, I need to be as productive as possible. Any distractions that slow myself and others down result in a longer workday. For the first week that I worked from home, I suffered from headaches, congestion, sore throat & frequent bouts of sneezing. At first, I assumed I was coming down with a cold. When the symptoms didn’t go away unless I left the house, I realized that there was most likely an issue with our indoor air quality. I researched online & blamed the heating & cooling system… Checking the air filters, I found them clogged with dust & debris. I then tied up professional service with a local Heating & A/C supplier. When the supplier accessed the inner laborings of the system, he discovered a significant amount of dust, lint & mold growth… He advocated that I invest in duct cleaning aw well, but once all of the services were completed, I noticed a significant improvement in the cleanliness & comfort of the whole house! Plus, the gas furnace & a/c no longer cost as much to operate.
