The condo association where we live now takes care of everything that we need to have done and it is such a huge relief to not have to deal with anything these days.
I used to have to take care of everything at my old house and that was getting really old, in my opinion.
I used to have to do the lawn, the appliance repairs, and every single other repair that had to be done. Over the last few years that I was there, I was constantly having to get the air conditioning and the heating system worked on. It was super frustrating to have to call and make the appointments, wait around for the HVAC company, and then wait around again while they got everything fixed again. Not only that, but then I had to pay for the repairs. It was always just one thing after another around there. If you have ever owned a house, then you know that that’s how it always is. Something is always tearing up. Anyway, once we moved into the condo association, it was a totally different thing. Now, I don’t really have to do anything except buy my own groceries and just live here! It’s the best. I love the fact that whenever the heating and air conditioning tear up, all I have to do is pick up the phone and tell the condo association and they take care of everything. I don’t even have to be here to let them in to fix it. Moving here was the best decision ever.
