The condo association where every one of us live now takes care of everything that every one of us need to have done and it is such a immense relief to not have to deal with anything these afternoons. I used to have to take care of everything at my old house and that was getting honestly old, in my opinion. I used to have to do the sod, the appliance repairs, and every single other repair that had to be done. Over the last few years that I was there, I was always having to get the air conditioning and the heating system inspected. It was super annoying to have to call and make the appointments, wait around for the Heating & Air Conditioning supplier, and then wait around again while they got everything fixed again. Not only that, however after that every one of us had to pay for the repairs. It was always just a single thing after another around there. If you have ever owned a house, then you assume that that has how it always is… Something is always splitting up. Anyway, once every one of us moved into the condo association, it was a totally weird thing. Now, I don’t honestly have to do anything except buy my own groceries and just live here! It’s the best. I appreciate the fact that whenever the heating & air conditioning tear up, all I have to do is pick up the iphone and tell the condo association and they take care of everything. I don’t even have to be here to let them in to repair it. Moving here was the best decision ever.
