I am a tax advisor and I work with a ton of commercial companies in our local area… Most business owners don’t feel a lot about taxes before they start up their business, so I have l received a lot about different financial elements to be able to educate them.
Pretty much every business I work with has a ton of questions about air conditioners and heating systems! Being that I live in a Southern area, most companies are distraught about the cost of air conditioners throughout the year to keep their spaces cool. I must admit that it can be quite a hefty expense to have a high quality cooling system in a commercial space, and commercial cooling systems are a bit more complicated than your official residential Heating and Air Conditioning. However, it really makes a change for purchasers and purchasers to wall into a cool air conditioned building when it’s scorching hot outside. I consistently suggest business owners to get their air conditioner and heating needs settled before the summer time hits so that they aren’t hit with outrageous price increases. Heat and A/C products are officially much more costly in the summer time compared to any other season, so it’s more cost effective to purchase them in off seasons. I consistently do our air conditioner repairs in the cold season when Heating and Air Conditioning companies aren’t as busy and prices are lower! Some other things that I would consider as a business owner are window cleanings, locksmith needs, and lighting. These are things that have to be consistently tended to, so you’ll want to ensure that you are getting fantastic prices and keeping a log of everything that is done for tax season.
