A/C specialist was giving tips on energy saving

When I was asking the heating and A/C expert about energy saving tips, he thought about it for a moment, he seemed to be struggling like he was unsure of any energy saving tips.

Eventually though, his eyes lit up and he said we should replace it with a more energy efficient heating and A/C system.

I said, “Really, that’s all you could come up with?” I mean obviously something that is more energy efficient is going to save energy! I was tempted to call him ‘Captain Obvious’ but then he said it would be good to go for a ductless mini split as those have a good SEER rating and are severely energy efficient, then as an afterthought, he said it would be good to use LED bulbs in the house as well. I had to admit, that was a pretty good energy saving tip, and I also liked the sound of the ductless mini split, especially when he told us how it has multiple zones with varying installations where we could have customized temperature control settings in our house, our heating and A/C plan was only 8 years old, and I wasn’t sure if we should just section with it in favor of an heating and A/C replacement. Then he mentioned that we could always sell the older heating and A/C plan or they would take it and pay us a particular amount to use it for parts. I decided to go that route and before I knew it, we had a new heating and A/C plan installed. I just wanted lower energy costs and the LED lights helped a lot too.
