I’m not an immense meat eater & haven’t been for a long time, however I still adore having some sausage or a hamburger at times.

• I guess I eat red meat once or twice a month however I do not eat a huge amount when I do eat it.

I am going to have several sausage links today with eggs & toast. My Grandpa used to eat sausage every single afternoon & he would pour the sausage grease over his grits for excellent flavor. He was a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C appliance repairman & liked to eat an immense breakfast before going to his job so he could work till later in the day before getting hungry. I don’t pour the sausage grease on my grits when I eat them however possibly I should because it entirely adds flavor to the somewhat bland grits. My gramps used to bring back Heating, Ventilation, & A/C appliances to work on & would teach me the ins & outs of repairing the equipment. We also did a huge amount of fishing as we had a dwelling right on the lake up in the mountains of NY state. I had my own boat & boating license when I was only 8 years old. I would help my gramps carry the heavy Heating, Ventilation, & A/C appliances into his workshop & we would occasionally spend hours in there working on them & hanging out. I can still remember the musty stink of the workshop with the crazy stink of outdated magazines that he had in an immense cabinet. He actually enjoyed working on heating & cooling appliances & teaching me about them.

I’ve recently noticed my stocks & cryptos have been climbing quite a bit the past week & it has me wondering if everything is looking up for a change.

It is a bit too early to tell but I’m up 16% this past week & things are looking a little hopeful once again.

I lost so much money but if I just sit on it now & be patient it could climb back up to what it once was soon enough. Hopefully in about five or six weeks I’ll have all of my money back. My Heating, Ventilation, & A/C machine company has saved my life with the workload they provide me each week, allowing me to not dip into my investment cash when it is on the low side. I just need to keep plugging along there & getting by for six more weeks & I may be looking good again. I may do some more online Heating, Ventilation, & A/C industry writing to provide me with a little spending money for a little while. It’s interesting for me to write as it gets those feelings out that oftentimes get caught inside & swirl around in my head until they are released. I like to write about heat pumps & cooling machines because I used to do work a long time ago with my dad & it reminds me of things we used to easily work on together. I just feel bad because he left me a good amount of currency & I lost most of it with the dropping stock prices. I just need to be patient moving forward.

It is a bit too soon to tell but I’m up 15% this past month plus things are looking completely hopeful once again.

I just got a message from a Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine tech who wants me to train her and her husband in beach volleyball.

I get a pretty huge amount of requests to teach volleyball to people however never from people who task in the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine industry precisely like me.

This will be enjoyable because the two of us have a couple of things in common as the two of us both appreciate volleyball and both task in the heating and cooling industry. I also teach yoga sometimes and am considering combining yoga with volleyball when I teach as these things go together very well. I task for the local contractor doing Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine repairs while in the month, however I don’t easily know this couple who wants me to train them because they are certainly from another town nearby. I may split back on my hours in the shop and do more training on the beach while the weather is not so terrible. I just need to be very careful this month with meeting the people as I am still quite sick. I guess I will see how I am easily feeling later after I finish with my work at the local company doing my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine repairs on some portable A/C units. I honestly feel okay now, however I just woke up a couple of hours ago and my energy may be waning later on. I don’t love to back out of meeting someone for the first time however if I am sick then maybe they will be understanding. I can also ask the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine techs I am training if they want to just meet in a little while when I’m hopefully better.

I just acquired a message from a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech who wants me to train her and her fiance in beach volleyball. I get a great deal of requests to teach volleyball to people however never from people who work in the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment industry exactly like me. This will be wonderful because we have a couple of things in common as we both adore volleyball and both work in the heating and cooling equipment industry. I also teach yoga periodically and am considering combining yoga with volleyball when I teach as the two go together relatively well. I work for the local supplier doing Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment repairs while in the week, however I don’t know this couple who wants me to train them because they are easily from another city nearby. I may actually choose to cut back on my work hours in the shop and do extra training on the beach while the weather is so wonderful. I just need to be careful today with meeting the people as I am still feeling pretty sick from the flu. I believe I will see how I feel later after I finish work at the local supplier doing my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment repairs on some portable A/C units. I feel pretty good now, however I just woke up a couple of hours back and my energy may be waning after work later on. I don’t adore to back out of meeting a person for the first time however if I am sick then maybe they will understand. I can also ask the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment techs I am training if they want to just meet in a short while when I’m hopefully better.
