I got a message recently from a Heating as well as Air Conditioning appliance tech who wants me to train him as well as his fiance in beach volleyball.

• I get a bunch of requests to teach volleyball to people however never from people who work in the Heating as well as Air Conditioning appliance industry similar to me.

This will be wonderful because we have a couple of things in common as we both appreciate volleyball as well as both work in the heating as well as cooling industry. I also happen to teach yoga occasionally as well as am considering combining yoga with volleyball when I teach since they go together genuinely well. I work for the local company doing Heating as well as Air Conditioning appliance repairs while in the week even though I don’t really know this couple who wants me to train them because they are entirely from another city nearby. I may break back on my working hours in the shop as well as do more training on the beach while the weather is just fine. I just need to be careful today with meeting the people as I am still extremely sick from the flu. I guess I will see how I am actually feeling later after I finish work at the local corporation doing my Heating as well as Air Conditioning appliance repairs on some portable A/C units. I totally feel okay now even though I just woke up a short while ago as well as my energy may be waning after work later on. I don’t appreciate backing out of meeting someone for the first time however if I am sick then perhaps they will understand. I can also ask the Heating as well as Air Conditioning equipment techs I am training if they want to just meet in a few afternoons when I’m hopefully better.

I honestly got a cold a few afternoons ago and wondered if my cat gave it to me.

I noticed a couple of occasions when he drank out of my water mug and potentially gave me something from doing so. I recognize I need to keep my water out of the reach of my cat because it can’t be sanitary when he dips his paws in my water, especially after he does his thing in the litter box. I’m actually brand new at this cat thing and am trying to learn. My Heating and Air Conditioning machine rep has some cats and when I see him later I will ask about getting sick from them. I’m not exactly sure if it is possible to get a cold from a cat although I wouldn’t really be shocked about it. I can also go down to the local company which sells pet food to ask them if they know something about it. I know it comes down to keeping their litter box clean and keeping my water out of reach of their paws and mouths. I am basically working at the Heating and Air Conditioning machine company this week, but I don’t feel well at all, although I have to make money to pay my rent because rent has no patience when you are sick. I know I am easily working in the back of the Heating and Air Conditioning machine store this week doing inventory because they want to keep me away from all of the patrons so I don’t get them sick. That is alright though because I love to listen to songs while I do inventory as it is especially peaceful.

I recognize I need to keep my water out of the reach of my pet because it really isn’t especially sanitary when he dips his paws in my water, especially after using the cat box. I’m relatively new to this pet thing plus I am studying as I go. My Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment rep has some cats plus when I see him I will ask about getting sick from them. I’m not really certain if it is possible to get a cold from a pet even though I wouldn’t be surprised. I can also go down to the local business which sells pet food to ask them if they know anything about it. I guess it comes down to keeping their cat box washed plus keeping my water out of reach of their paws plus mouths. I am working at the Heating, Ventilation and A/C business today, even though I don’t feel so great. Of course, I have to make cash to pay my rent because rent has no tolerance plus doesn’t care if you are sick or not. I guess I am actually working in the back of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment store today doing inventory because they want to keep me away from all of the customers so I don’t get them sick. That is superb with me because I have a great time listening to music while I do inventory.

I want to reset my mind today and renew my spirit and start fresh again.

I went through some heavy times recently and suppose I am being given another opportunity at the game of life.

I had a lot of things go wrong in a several year phase of my life and I am now just starting to bounce back from it. I wouldn’t even say things went wrong, they just happened all pretty fast and it absolutely knocked myself and others down for a bit. My heating, ventilation, and A/C company job kept myself and others from going off the deep end though. Life can throw a lot of stuff at you at once and you need to take it in stride. The heating, ventilation, and A/C workers were absolutely kind to myself and others when they heard all of the stuff I went through and they basically helped save my life. At least my health is good so I got something good going for me. I am also absolutely into health so that helped a lot because if you are living unhealthily and going through heavy stuff it can absolutely drag you down. I focused on my heating and cooling repair jobs and just kept on going when it all was coming down. I savor finally working in the heating, ventilation, and A/C industry and am grateful that they kept myself and others aboard when I was feeling so down and sad. I will make it through this difficult time and come out with some wisdom that I didn’t have before it all happened. Thanks to my heating, ventilation, and A/C job I have a great income and will be okay in the long run.

I want to reset our mind today, renew our spirit plus start fresh again. I went through some heavy times recently plus now prefer I am being given another option at the game of life. I had a lot of things go wrong in a more than one year phase of our life plus I am now just starting to bounce back from it. I wouldn’t even say things went wrong, they just happened all pretty fast plus it entirely knocked me down for a bit. My heating plus A/C company job kept me from going off the deep end though.
