I guess those types of A/C units are so ugly and an obstruction to the trained eye.

Not only are they an ugly thing, however they don’t do a fantastic job at providing air cooling to a whole room, nor purifying the air that comes directly from outside. My property owner suggested I change the filters in them every more than one time a week, however those little filters get filled up after about more than one weeks. I’ve taken things into our own hands and not only change those filters undoubtedly often, although I also purchased some media air cleaners to put around the house. A standalone media air cleaner would do a much better job than those filters, and I need that extra peace of mind. My dust irritations are terrible and I have a condition that leaves me immunocompromised, so having high indoor air conditions is important to me. I prefer our media air cleaners because they toil well, they are really silent, and they stay on most of the day separate from needing a break, but efficient products that you can find at a good price consistently make me super glad. I am all about saving a few bucks. Finding a good deal on something that I need consistently makes me feel like the universe has our back. Everything enjoyable happens in divine timing, and I legitimately believe that! I used to guess that I was cheap because I only ever wanted something for a deal, however it seems like when I need something a deal just so happens to be around or close to being on its way. I can’t help that the universe has our back.

I’ve had dogs our whole life.

My house growing up was full of them, and I even had a dog sitting job when I was in middle school.

I love several dog breeds and how to care for dogs from puppy to geriatric care. It’s become a true passion of mine, and now I do it for a profession as a veterinarian. Something that dog owners don’t talk about is how much a media air cleaner is needed if you are going to own a dog, or really any animal indoors. Dogs bring in so much from the outdoors because they stick on their fur and paws, and this can really impact the quality of air in your home. I consistently advocate our patients either install an enjoyable air purification plan within their Heating and Air Conditioning, or to locate media air cleaners in every room that the dogs normally frequent. It’s important to have a media air cleaner around dogs because there are lots of bacteria that they can unknowingly pick up outside. Many retired people appreciate getting dogs to have someone to take care of, and I guess it is extra important for them to have media air cleaners if their health is immunocompromised, or if they have respiratory problems. I personally have a media air cleaner in every room of our house, and also have fantastic filters in our cooling system. Having a dog is a luxury and it is a great reward. The two of us should also note the disadvantages of owning an animal so that both of us can keep ourselves safe and healthy! Keeping an animal inside has become quite normal, however it doesn’t negate the fact that both of us should still take some precautions so that both of us don’t get sick.

I have recently moved into a new spot and there are so many differences here compared to our last place. For one, our ex-girlfriend isn’t here. I’ve completely moved out on our own. There seems to be more insects here than in our last location which is consistently aggravating. And this condo has window A/C units instead of a central air conditioner. I didn’t know it would be so challenging to get used to, however I’ve consistently had a central air conditioner in every location that I’ve resided in. Window A/C units are officially noisy, they don’t circulate air as well as central A/C does, and they don’t have the best filters. I personally don’t guess the filters in those things toil at all, although I still upgrade them pretty often just in case they do. I only say that because when I would upgrade the AC filters in the central Heating and Air Conditioning at the last location, I would notice a difference immediately. When I upgrade the filters in these units, the air still feels the same and our dust irritations still suffer. My property owner says that those filters should be upgraded once a week, however I’ve been doing it weekly since dust and dirt are flying straight through the window unit from outside. It’s taking a while to get used to, although I hope that I am only in this condo for a short amount of time. I feel that giant things are coming our way, and I will be able to move in a location I actually desire; You gotta believe in the things you want!

I’ve been caring for our nana over the past few years.

Her health has been steadily going downhill, and my Dad is not in the picture anymore so he cannot really help.

It’s been tough on me, however I’m glad that our nana is supported by someone who really cares for her. In caring for her home, I’ve come to take charge of things like the cooling system and heating system. The more time goes on, the more she demands the oil furnace be on at all hours of the day. At first she wanted the heat on in the nights when she first woke up because that seems to be when her body temperature is the lowest. I installed a SMART control unit so that I could program the heat to start thirty minutes before her official wake up time; Now she is craving heat more throughout the day, so I’ve had to make updates to the whole home heating plan in order for it to keep up with her needs. She’s happy enough that I am cold-blooded and appreciate the heat, because a normal woman would not be able to withstand the oil furnace running during the summer time weeks. I’m realizing that whole home heating is important to several senior citizens, and that’s actually a market that air conditioner companies officially market towards. I really guess that if our Grandma were in a senior home, she would not feel comfortable. I’m thankful to work from my bedroom so that she can have everything that she needs. She’s such a sweet woman who deserves to age as gracefully as she is.

I was driving around to different yoga studios to sign up for a new membership when I noticed an air conditioner truck parked outside… This air conditioner truck was not neat because it was tipped over on its side! The company that was driving the truck was not careful and pulled into the parking lot way too suddenly and sharply, then parts of cooling systems and gas heating systems were scattered about because she never tightened the door in the back, so everything poured out as the truck tipped over.

The owner of the air conditioner supplier showed up along with the cops to question the company.

I guess it’s safe to say that the company will no longer be working for the supplier because she will be spending time in rehab. The Heating and Air Conditioning supplier owner was incredibly upset. I felt bad for him because Heating and Air Conditioning companies officially run on referrals and netlaboring, so this will really hurt their reputation. I hope that the company receives the help she needs… Drunk driving is an incredibly serious offense, then she is fortunate that the parking lot was pretty empty so no one else got hurt. She suffered a few small injuries, although I guess that she was mostly okay because her body was so loose and relaxed from the alcohol. The members at the yoga studio were all standing outside in awe of what had happened. This was really a conversation starter for me and the studio supervisor since I was hoping to sign up for a membership. They were all so nice and real about the whole thing that I decided to go with this studio.

I have been in many modular homes, but I’ve never really liked them.

• There is the lack of individuality when every home looks the same and is the same shape.

They remind me of the cookie cutter houses in the original HOA developments. After we sold our home, my husband and i wanted to buy a home in a retirement village. We owned our homes, and we wouldn’t be in an apartment. Neither of us wanted to give up our independence. We may have been retired and considered elderly, but we didn’t want to be in close contact with people who talked about death all the time. We were vibrant, love travel, dancing with the grandkids, and golfing with our daughter and son-in-law. When we visited the retirement village, it reminded me of the HOAs of the 1970s. All the houses were the same, and I wasn’t happy. The realtor said they were modular homes, and able to be moved. As long as they left the truck frame underneath, we could move it to another community, but they didn’t recommend it. I looked at my husband, who had his left eyebrow raised. Modular housing was not for us, and we weren’t ready for retirement even though we were retired. Six months later, we found a small home in the middle of nowhere. We knew it was a modular home, but it was tucked away on the side of a mountain where our nearest neighbor was half a mile away, but we still had cell service and satellite TV. My husband could shoot his gun without giving someone a heart attack.

I always wait for the summer to get here and then it seems like it goes by way too quickly for me.

That’s how it usually goes for me for some reason.

I really love the summer and it’s one of those things that I always look forward to. I love the fact that I can wear my flip flops all summer long and I love all of my cute clothes that are made for this season. I always think about the fact that summer is going to be over sooner rather than later and that makes me sad. I wish that summer would last a lot longer than it actually does. Whenever the weather starts heating up, it’s one of the times that I feel like I’m super happy and feel like I’m going to enjoy myself for weeks and weeks at a time. Anyway, now, I can’t believe that it’s already the middle of August. I know that the weather is going to be cooling off one of these days here soon and then I’m going to have to deal with the cold weather again. I think that I probably need to get the heating system fixed in my house before the weather starts cooling down again. I know that the weather is going to turn cold again before we know it, but I’m not ready for it, that’s for sure. I need to get the heating system fixed soon, but I would rather wait until it’s absolutely necessary because I want to save my money until winter.
