Now that I live on the coast everything is quite the opposite, plus the temps stay pretty mild throughout the year, while the humidity never takes a break. I suppose there is no such thing as a perfect place to live, even the coastline is remarkably beautiful, especially during sunsets. The sunshine sinking low over the horizon plus disappearing into the ocean is a delight to watch, then does it make up for the humidity, plus the fact I needed to buy two separate dehumidifiers for my house?The salty sea spray makes for a caustic style of humidity, a single that can damage the more delicate parts of your home. Even though my central Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system has anti-humidity components built into it, that was not enough to conflict off the high levels of humidity. Since paper is truly susceptible to being damaged this way, I keep a single dehumidifier in my study room. The minute dehumidifier sits at the foot on my bed on the hope chest, to keep the clothes in my closet from getting moldy or mildew! Once mildew gets a foothold in your house it can lead to a lot of chronic issues, so the dehumidifier is a necessity. The funny thing to myself and others is how I rarely need to use the heating system or the air conditioning, because the temps are so nice for most of the year. I keep the system fans running for better air circulation through the house, but hardly ever use the temperature controls.

My Grandma is the neighborhood snoop, but ever since Grandpa passed he has been so incredibly bored, so he started being a busy-body! Grandma is a area of the neighborhood watch, plus I suppose that’s a wonderful thing even though he doesn’t do it to help people he does it to learn all the gossip. Grandma enjoys gossip. Now he spends most evenings in his rocking chair, looking out the front window with a pair of binoculars in his lap for when he sees something interesting. We’ve had a lot of hot days this summer time so far. Some days, it’s so hot, I just can’t wait to go back inside to enjoy some air conditioner. Even with our car, I had to take it to the auto repair shop so they could refill the AC compressor with refrigerant. I did this to make sure the AC plan was laboring perfectly because I couldn’t deal with just rolling the windows down while driving. So one of the main things was laboring on the pool. I kept shocking the pool every month to make sure everything was nice and added all the balancing chemicals to make sure the PH was between 7.2 and 7.6. One thing I was complaining about was the high cost of chlorine. It seems that chlorine in recent years has almost tripled in price, and they say it’s because of a chlorine shortage. Whatever the case may be, I just wish the prices would go down. So while getting the pool cleaned, I was bothered because the water was still cloudy, no matter how several clarifying chemicals I put in there. Finally when I went to change the sand in the sand filter, I found the issue. The pipe inside was cracked, so the water was not filtering how it is supposed to. So I got a new replacement area for the sand filter and then filled the filter with fresh sand. Within a day, the water was crystal clear in the pool! Everybody was so thrilled when they were able to go swimming, especially when both of us have been dealing with so several warm days.

When both of us were having our house built, both of us were thinking about the best HVAC plan to have installed with our new construction project.

We looked at a bunch of different HVAC plans for the home, and both of us finally agreed on something our fiance and I both loved.

The one thing that both of us both honestly agreed on was having several fireplaces, one in our master dining room and one in the living room. We didn’t want to have to worry so much about chopping wood all the time, so both of us opted for a couple of gas fireplaces. Then both of us looked into which HVAC would serve us the best. We decided to go for a boiler plan which would be hooked up to radiant radiant floors. Having radiant floors throughout the household both of us thought would be attractive and both of us opted to have a couple of radiators in the basement keeping it nice and cozy down there. The boiler both of us decided to go for is highly energy efficient, so both of us should be seeing incredibly low heating costs through the Winter time weeks. My number one area though is the high velocity cooling system. They had to install the HVAC duct for the AC system. The HVAC duct is so tight though and it’s amazing the speed of which this plan is able to provide cooling for the household. I have special HVAC duct in the basement as well for the ideal cooling. There’s a area of the basement I want to use for storage, and then there’s a location where I want to set up a mini theater because both of us enjoy seeing movies in this family!

Finally, our fiance and I went to this location and both of us were in for a treat. Their house services were quite charming. When our wife went to turn on the cooling plan for the first time, I asked him if both of us had the HVAC repair done.

She shrugged and said how it was an early summer time and she didn’t have time to get around to it.

I had to counter with the fact that both of us did this once in the past and the cooling plan broke down altogether since there was no tune-up done. I told him that both of us better not be using the AC plan until it was tuned up properly because I didn’t want the cooling plan to become damaged. She sighed and made an appointment to see a cooling plan specialist, but fortunately, the woman was able to show up on the same day. In the meantime, both of us just used our ceiling fans in the condo to keep relatively cool and honestly, it wasn’t so bad because it wasn’t all that warm outside, I know it was anywhere in the high 70s. When the cooling plan specialist finished with all the work that was needed and said both of us were ready to go, our wife asked if I was thrilled. I told him I honestly was because having to call for emergency HVAC repairs is no joke and that’s an experience both of us shouldn’t ever have to face again. She admitted that I had a nice point and she didn’t deliver me a hard time any longer. It was just nice to have the relaxing AC laboring in our home, even though both of us would only be using it on the warm days. Most of the evenings have been seriously freezing so it’s nice to keep some warmth in the condo before the sun sets just to help you get through the evening hours without having to turn on the furnace.

I have a four bed plus more than one lavatory house.

• My spouse plus I both work from condo plus don’t share a living room, then it isn’t feasible for us to share, but he snores plus loves AC.

I am a light sleeper plus require heating… We even have a ductless Heating plus A/C unit so our thermostat settings aren’t the same. He is also a pack mouse plus a bit of a slob. I can’t imagine sharing a living space with him. It would be awful. We both need our own room plus each needs an office space. Well I am pregnant plus we are out of rooms. One of us needed to lose our office. My spouse was really reluctant to put his office in his living room, but so what I decided was to contact a modular homes dealer plus see if they can do an addition for us, then they were able to make an affordable modular office space. I designed the office to be the exact size I want. I have a crucial window, a door that locks plus I even splurged to have a lavatory set up in there. I also have a small fridge where I can keep my supper, supper, tea plus drinks in there. I never need to leave that shipping container office unless I want to. My spouse has since seen the office plus is super jealous. He keeps telling me how it would make more sense for him to have the modular office plus I stay in the main apartment with the modern baby. I will admit, I put things down that I shouldn’t.

I am the girl that flushes tampons even though I shouldn’t. I dump grease down our kitchen drain and if our garbage disposal will grind something, it is going down the drain. I even toss other questionable items down the toilet. I have gotten better with that since I had a sewer line repair that was expensive. I made the mistake of flushing the plastic top of a stick of desmellant. Whoops, our bad, however anywho, our normal drains are regularly in rough shape. I keep a bottle of drain cleaner on hand and fervently pour it down the pipes. I also have a plunger near our toilet and kitchen sink. Anytime water drainage is slow, I then take the plunger for encouragement. I have even bought myself a plumber’s snake! Every now and after that I remove the drain cover in the shower and snake down it. I find pounds of hair, soap scum and other icky things… Then I have better drainage. About once a year I undoubtedly pay for professional drain cleaning. They are much better than chemicals and a plunger. They have way better tools and get everything in working shape. I recognize that it is worth every penny, but my plumber regularly has a little talk with me about proper drain care and what can and can’t go down them. I regularly promise to be nice even though I fall into awful drainage habits quite suddenly. I know that whatever I put down the drain can be removed at a later date.
