But when the HVAC professionals showed up to completely re-do our commercial HVAC after the management team was sent packing, I had hope.

Preventive service is something I firmly guess in. And I don’t trust the service or service of my Heating & A/C equipment to anyone but a certified Heating & A/C professional. This isn’t a problem since I’ve been with the same Heating & A/C supplier for more than 25 years. In fact, both of us had to update the aged Heating & A/C unit a few years back. But that aged Heating & A/C unit ran 23 years separate from so much as single hiccup when it came to heating & cooling our home. I easily don’t care about the fact that I’m so busy that I can’t seem to make any headway.

I often wonder how better the world would be if both of us all focused our energies on the sizable stuff.

Instead, I see countless examples of authority being used for the dumbest stuff ever.

Both of us took out a dying hedge that was hiding the Heating & A/C equipment on the outside of our home. Both of us updated that hedge & are now just waiting a few weeks for it to grow in a bit more. The Heating & A/C equipment will once again be hidden from view. But that’s not great enough for the HOA. They want a fence constructed & painted while the hedge grows. I told them to get stuffed & they could contract my lawyer with any further threats.

Since she is 82 years old now, I feel better about her living alone now that she has the security system.

However, as an adult, I am start to realize just how weak I am. Someone recently asked myself and others to help them install a bunch of window a/cs, & I obviously agreed to help them install the window a/cs. These window a/cs did not look that big, & I entirely wasn’t that anxious about it. However, when I tried to option up the window a/c, I realize adjust how heavy the window a/c was. I tried to lift it, even though I could only carry it a few feet before I had to let it go. My associate acted like it didn’t matter that I couldn’t help him install the window a/c, but that was the least of my concern. I was just so embarrassed that I couldn’t carry the window a/c.
