Instead, I see countless examples of authority being used for the dumbest stuff ever. The fact that our HVAC device can be seen from the street temporarily seems care about a actually minor issue from any perspective. But if you happen to be a member of the HOA enforcement arm in our planned community, it’s so not a minor issue. Again, why are we wasting time on stuff care about our HVAC device when there are real needs that should be addressed. I’m not at war with the plan of an HOA. While I suppose the need for an HOA is often grossly overstated, I understand the need. We all want to protect our property values as our homes are substantial time investments. But having the HOA come down on myself and others over a ridiculous, minor heating as well as cooling situation is laughable. And honestly, that’s the way I’m addressing all the threats from the HOA. We took out a dying hedge that was hiding the HVAC device on the outside of our home. We replaced that hedge as well as are now just waiting a few months for it to grow in a bit more. The HVAC device will once again be hidden from view. But that’s not fantastic enough for the HOA. They want a fence constructed as well as painted while the hedge grows. But it also comes with a remote control thermostat so both of us can adjust the heating & cooling from bed if both of us want to. Now, the ladies have their own rooms & both of us have a master suite with a ductless heat pump.

This time of year, I care about to soak up every single a single of these perfect mornings.

Going outside in the morning to like a crisp, cool morning is such a delight.

And having the heat pump not running non stop is also great. But with each passing morning, I hear another heat pump cranking up in the town. This gives myself and others a opening to get a bit more accustomed to the heat. But once the air conditioner comes on, it’s not just the cooling comfort that I’m after. But while I had made a great living, I was far from ready to hang up my skills & retire. Plus, I had more that I wanted to do in the industry. Instead of looking for a current task, I updated the Heating & A/C in my home office & started my own consulting supplier. The Heating & A/C update was a sizable necessary move. I easily care about to work a crisp, cool air conditioner. This drove my partner nuts because I was yanking down the thermostat to low for her. The Heating & A/C supplier was able to install a ductless heat pump inside my home office & that did the trick. I’m amazed with how efficient & powerful the ductless heat pump is. And I’m continuing the streak of having a thermostat inside my office. While I miss multiple of my colleagues, I have to say that doing my own thing has easily been quite & adventure thus far.

When both of us moved to the south, there were a lot of changes in store for us.

My partner & I were both born, raised & lived all of our lives way up north.

We’re talking so far north that both of us had Wintertide for nearly 6 weeks out of the year. So moving from all of that Heating & A/C heating to a place that hardly needs Heating & A/C heating was a sizable change for us. It was a single of various changes that both of us had to make when both of us chose to live in the south. I’m still getting accustomed to the way people talk. And I have to slow down the way I speak so people can simply understand me. But it’s all been worth it primarily because both of us don’t have to worry about Wintertide weather any more. There’s no more gas gas furnace & the temperatures almost never get to the chilly point. Both of us do have the need for a bit of Heating & A/C heating a few times over the winter. But the heat is a whole other thing. The home both of us bought came with a sunroom that was basically not useable for a quarter of the year. However, I had the Heating & A/C supplier come out to install a ductless heat pump in the sunroom so both of us can like sitting out there during the summer. I easily don’t use the sunroom that much in the Wintertide as I care about to easily be outside. But having the sunroom equipped with Heating & A/C cooling makes it comfortable to sit in there during the Summer when going outside is too hot.

These people were easily taking money from things care about Heating & A/C service to make the numbers look better. And still, the numbers were really poor. For me, enough was enough. If the management team was going to fudge numbers with Heating & A/C service money, then it was time to go elsewhere. But I easily didn’t want to do that given how vested I was with this supplier. However, I’d heard it all before & I wasn’t to confident any real change would happen. But when the Heating & A/C professionals showed up to completely re-do our commercial Heating & A/C after the management team was sent packing, I had hope.

It was not the easiest of decisions.

But with the state of our life, I thought a fresh start might be in order.

I’m living proof that too much time spent inside the zone controlled HVAC of the office will cost you. It cost me our family. And it wasn’t like our partner just suddenly or randomly decided to file for divorce. No, there was counseling and all the other stuff. My ex partner really tried and I didn’t do anything but continue to labor like our life depended on it. I reached the achievement level I was aiming for but it cost me everything that was of real value to me. The teenagers are now in university and our ex is delighted with her life. I, on the other hand, was miserable. I built that corporation that was so crucial into a sizable success. So successful that I was bought out for a staggering sum of money. But soon after, I was just an additional piece of furniture in that zone controlled HVAC of the offices. So I folded it up, kept our seat on the board and resituated to take a stab at a new life. I’m a relatively young lady in our early 50’s. So, I moved out of the gas furnace region for the heat pump region. And recognize me, there isn’t much need for HVAC heating where I live now. The heat pump is put to nice use though as we need a ton of HVAC cooling. However, I’ve found that our new beach home is a nice arena to be and I’d much rather deal with than HVAC heating all winter.

I have had nothing however excruciating experiences with printers, but no matter how nice and amazing the latest printer is, I swear it only lasts myself and others a few months before there is some kind of problem.

They are so cheap and disposable, it isn’t worth it to pay for repairs, it’s quicker and easier to just buy a new a single, but going to a professional printing repair can get expensive, I assume that better than anyone! Still, for myself and others it is worth the extra money to not be stuck with subtypical results from a subtypical printer! What brand is considered substandard, through? The top names in the industry are Epson, Kerajet, Arrow, and others, and yet I have never had a single good experience with any new printer I have used from any of them, and i am actually much open to the method that it is not the fault of the new printer, and that it is our fault. That is all the more reason to never buy a new printer again, and never mess around with ink cartridges or any of that nonsense! A commercial printer is easy and convenient to use, although it may not be cheap. When I use commercial printing services, it is all actually easy – I tell them what I need, and they provide myself and others what I need. There are never any excuses when it comes to pro printing services, because they just work their magic and make things happen. It costs a lot, however our time and peace of mind have value, too, so for myself and others printing services are worth the extra money.

I invested into a security system for our mother’s home, however it took me a while to talk her into it; She was convinced that the upgrade would require drilling holes into her walls and ceilings.

She was sure the device would be bulky and ugly.

She argued that she’d have difficulty operating it and be inconvenienced.
