There are a few Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professionals that work there that I grew up with plus are legitimately skilled plus knowledgeable about Heating, Ventilation plus A/C systems. I’m legitimately confident if I called the heating plus cooling dealer they will send out someone who would be able to diagnose plus maintenance my air conditioning. I’m not glad about having to put up with the noise of any of the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professional’s coming into my home to maintenance my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system, but in the end, I will be glad that my air conditioning will be working again. I remember living in this small neighborhood for a short phase of time before coming back here plus that small neighborhood had twin brothers. We had three heavy rainstorms in the month of December, but my nice friend and I have not had that much rain in 15 or 20 years, and the ground was dry plus all of the water ran off into the creeks, and roads were flooded plus people were stuck in their homes for afternoons.

The drainage system in the town was not made to handle that much water.

The pipe started to back up plus the water wasn’t draining officially. The hospital was in danger of being flooded, but i was one of the plumbing companys called to toil at the commercial site. My nice friend and I had to kneel down 300 yards of plumbing pipe to reroute the drainage water. My crew plus I worked for two afternoons to kneel down all of the pipes, and after the storms were over, my associate and I decided to go back to the hospital to disconnect the extra drainage. It was no longer necessary if there was no flooding, however when my crew plus I went back to retrieve all of the pipes, I spoke to the town supervisor plus she told me that she wanted to get an quote to redo all of the drainage system for the hospital. The commercial plumbing job will certainly take a month or more if I toil six afternoons a week. I will genuinely make more currency on that job then I will the rest of the jobs that I do this year. The plumbing contract at the hospital is one of the biggest that I have ever had plus I will likely need to hire extra crew members to complete the toil on time.

I need to decide if I am going to buy this small drum at the store today, as I told the guy I would buy it, but spending $130 on a small drum may tap my bank account I feel.

I need to see how much reserves I have in the bank right now and decide if buying the drum is a good idea.

It is possible that I could earn some money from playing this drum in the streets while I practice, but I want to make sure I have enough cash in the bank first. More ductwork cleaning could bring me more money, but my knees are kind of sore from all of the radiant heated flooring that I have installed over the past year and I think they need a bit of a break for a few months. I already have two drums, two guitars, and a harmonica, and I’m not sure I really need a third drum right now. I told the local business owner that I would buy it today though, and he also gave me some HVAC tech work when I really needed the money last year so I am trying to pay it back by buying that drum. I guess I’ll let the universe give me a sign today and go from there. My heating corp buddy said to buy it, while my other cooling rep told me I have enough musical instruments and don’t need another drum. I just want the smaller drum because it is easier to carry with me on my bike and it isn’t as loud.

I had a little cat litter issue but I think the problem is gone now thanks to a few bags of baking soda.

I put a little in the litter box and then I have two containers of it in the bathroom to absorb the rest of the smells.

I found a litter that lasts for two weeks and am going to use it because it tracks throughout the flat less and my little robot vacuum cleaner doesn’t have to work so hard each day removing the litter spread all over the floor like our last litter we used. Local businesses sell the new silica litter for four bucks, so I spend eight bucks a month on litter but it is really easy for me, that along with my air purifier running in the flat makes for a nice smelling flat. I think the cats eat about $5 a month in food, so for $13 I have two cats all happy in the home. This air conditioned store sells the food in bulk and I buy these huge bags once every several months or so, which saves me constant trips to the local contractor’s shop to buy the stuff. I think today I am going to buy this little djembe drum for $130 at this music shop so that I can play the drum without having to lug around my huge djembe. The HVAC tech at the shop is going to drum with me each time I go out, which is great because we have been working at the HVAC business together a long time.

I am going to go to the store and grab some baking soda for my cat’s litter box.

I think if I have a bunch of baking soda in the bathroom where their litter box is it will absorb some of that nasty cat pee smell.

I bought this new silica litter that lasts for two weeks before you need to change it and I need to start writing down the date I changed it so I know when two weeks have passed. Maybe I will change it every other Sunday so that I remember when it is. The local business sells baking soda really cheaply, and since it doesn’t need refrigeration it can last for a long time without going bad or anything. I think that I will buy like 10 bags of it and make the whole bathroom floor an inch thick, haha, maybe not the best idea right? I think a better idea would be to put an air purifier in the bathroom, or better yet, install another bathroom fan to help remove the smell from the room. I think the local contractor sells fans for a good price and I may buy one soon if the baking soda doesn’t do the trick. I have a good running system in my house to keep smells out, but running it would cost a lot of money each month. So I will ask the HEPA filter salesman if I could install a HEPA filter in my air purifier and put it in the cat room to remove the smell. That should do the trick, along with the baking soda helping some too.

This weekend is going to be kind of busy here in our town with the patchwork convention going on in these three big tents near the shore.

There are a bunch of older women walking around all happy, which is nice to see because it is just a good feeling seeing people happy like this.

I will walk through the tents like I did last year and check out all of the commotion. I plan on buying a baby djembe today or tomorrow so we can play on the streets when these people are in town. The local business sold me my other djembe, which is way too big for the town we live in, as it resonates throughout people’s homes and bothers them, even if they have the white noise of an air purifier or a/c unit running in their flats. So buying this smaller djembe should hopefully solve the issue as it isn’t as loud as the daddy djembe. They have a smaller one than this but I am afraid the local contractor will want to buy it, because he plays with us when he isn’t working at the HVAC business and he told me that he likes that really small one. Maybe I could use it if this other one is still too loud for the neighbors when I am playing in the streets. I think the new contractor in town is going to join us next time we play if he isn’t busy doing heating and cooling sales at the office like he usually is doing.
