We were sort of sad to let go of 1 of our favorite eating spots. And it wasn’t due to the locale going under. It was easily due to commercial heating plus A/C of all things. Our favorite restaurant had excellent food, great service plus beautiful ambiance. But it had the commercial heating plus A/C component that was way past its prime. We live in a region where the heat plus humidity play an outsized position in our annual temperature. So the air conditioner is a definite essential. Whether it be residential heating plus A/C or commercial heating plus A/C, the air conditioner has to be on point in this region. That restaurant was just brutally uncomfortable unless it was the dead of winter. And even then, it could have used an air conditioner due to the open living room. Honestly, I don’t know how the staff was able to cook back there at all. We are natives of this region so for us to complain about the air conditioner is quite rare. Finally, my associate and I gave up plus only ordered to go from this locale every now plus again. But my wife plus I easily missed the full experience of that restaurant. Yet, without correct cooling comfort, my associate and I had to pass. So it was with great satisfaction that an acquaintance of ours broke the news that there is new commercial heating plus A/C at this locale. Our acquaintance went the same route as us by just getting taken out. When she went in to get her order, the locale had been transformed with updated heating plus A/C equipment. As soon as I found this out, I called for reservations plus that’s the destination of our next date night.
