I have been here for about 8 years now plus I have worked truly hard at my job. I am always on time, have hardly ever called in sick unless I really was sick, plus I also would labor overtime if they needed extra help. Well this all finally paid off Last weekwhen the manager came plus told myself and others that they were increasing my pay plus giving myself and others a raise! They also wanted myself and others to become assistant chief heating plus air conditioner specialist. That was a real honor plus also means that I will spend more time at the office helping current hired heat plus cooling system specialists than being out in the field working on broken down central heating, ventilation plus A/Cs. It has been a long time coming plus I am so cheerful that they finally realized all of my hard labor over the last 8 years plus offered myself and others the raise I wanted. I was truly getting ready to start looking for another job at another heating plus air conditioner supplier to get better pay. But they hit this just in time before I began looking. Which I think was a fantastic thing because having to start over at a current heating plus air conditioner supplier would have been quite a task to learn the current supplier rules plus ways of doing business.
