I didn’t feel the first thing about running this Heating and Air Conditioning corporation, even though Bob insisted I could do it.
Bob would only be out of task for about six to 8 weeks, plus he wanted myself and others to try. I tried to tell Bob it would be better if he could get his top Heating and Air Conditioning pros to take over, even though he said no. Bob was short-handed on Heating and Air Conditioning pros, plus someone had to be in his shop all the time. If there were any problems I could not handle, Bob was only a PC call away, plus his head Heating and Air Conditioning business was also a PC call away. I had never thought I would have to run Bob’s Heating and Air Conditioning corporation, however that was exactly what I was about to do. We talked about what I needed to do. Bob said I needed to make sure the billing department sent the invoices plus take care of any problems the Heating and Air Conditioning pros had. I needed to stay on his secretary plus the inventory room to make sure all the right parts were being stocked plus set up a schedule every day. The dispatcher would do this, plus all I needed to do was approve of it. I knew I was in over our head, but I helped Bob set up the Heating and Air Conditioning corporation; Could this be any harder than that was? After numerous weeks, I felt like I was going to pull our hair, plus I could not wait for Bob to be back on his feet plus come back to the Heating and Air Conditioning corporation.
