Life slowed down seriously while I was in the height of the pandemic.
- Some of us were able to job from home, which created a better work/life balance, personally, I enjoyed being at home because I was able to job in a comfortable environment; while finally working from home, I used my cooling system more than normal, however it was on every afternoon especially while I was in the Summer weeks… Everything worked fantastic with it until one afternoon, I was in my yard, in addition to hearing a noise coming from the heating and air conditioning that didn’t sound right.
I listened keenly, in addition to as the noise progressed, I knew something was wrong with the unit. I instantly contacted my heating and air conditioning repairman to schedule an appointment, however due to the high volume of calls, he was unable to schedule me for 2 days. I didn’t assume I could go various days without an cooling system in that kind of weather, so I pressed my heating and air conditioning corporation on the reason for the delay, then he mentioned that he had an overwhelming number of service calls; apparently, there were many patrons who were having heating and air conditioning concerns while I was in the Summer. It could be because the two of us were in the middle of a heat wave, in addition to the cooling systems finally working overtime to keep up with the demand. I was sad about not having a cooling system for various days, however I was able to make it through, in addition to when Steve finally evaluated my unit, he updated a broken capacitor that he said had malfunctioned. He mentioned that he was seeing this issue a lot in addition to equating it to the intensity of the heat from the sun that Summer. I am just excited it wasn’t a major issue, in addition to that I was able to keep working in a cool and comfortable environment.
