I have a test tomorrow at my new job.
They are going to make sure that I guess what I’m doing when it comes to doing a brand new oil furnace… After that, depending on how well I do, I will be able to go out on my own to work on Heating & Air Conditioning systems all over the site.
I have been shadowing 1 of the veteran Heating & Air Conditioning specialists for quite a while now. She has been working at this Heating & Air Conditioning supplier for the past 25 years plus she is getting ready to retire. The owners of the supplier wanted to make sure that whoever replaces him knows exactly what they are doing. I cannot say that I blame them for that, since she has been in the supplier for so long. Since I am relatively new to the heating plus cooling industry, I am surprised that they even gave myself and others a chance. I do not guess that I would have hired myself and others as her replacement if I were the owner of this supplier. Still yet, I am thrilled that they gave myself and others a opportunity because I am really looking forward to reading all that I can about the heating plus cooling business. I have l earned a ton by seeing him over the past multiple weeks. She is really hoping that I am going to do the oil furnace upgrade just right tomorrow, because she says he’s going to retire a little bit early if I can prove that I can take over for him. I have to disclose that that makes myself and others suppose just a little bit of pressure, however I am still fairly confident in my abilities. I suppose that everything will go fine. Hopefully, there will not be any unforeseen complications that I have to deal with
