However, I found out recently that the air conditioner settings in your study room can truly make or chop your sleeping habits! I was having all kinds of concerns with our sleeping patterns recently plus it was affecting every section of our life. If you have ever experienced insomnia or other sleeping concerns, then you suppose that it can affect you in your job, in your relationships, plus in your health. That’s how it was for me, plus I finally ended up going through a sleep study because of it. The professional sleep analysts told me that if I was having trouble sleeping, then I should lower the temperature in our study room by a few degrees, lowering the temperature in our study room was never something that I had even considered doing, because usually I got cold at night. I have tons of extra blankets in our room plus usually I go to sleep with all of them piled on top of me. Well, according to the sleep analyst, I get way too hot in our sleep plus that is what was causing me to wake up always. I took your advice plus I installed the windows plan in our study room just so I could run the central cooling system. I don’t need to keep the whole cabin cool all night long. Having the extra air conditioner in our room has made all the difference in the world.
