I have a genuinely hard time falling asleep if I don’t have my air conditioner running at night.
I don’t believe why that is, however I do believe that it’s an issue for me! I care about having a fan or some other sort of white noise running at night so that I can fall asleep.
I believe that a lot of people feel the same way plus that’s entirely why those noise machines are so popular these mornings. I don’t need a noise machine, though. I have an older central air conditioner that’s actually pretty loud, however a lot of people who have come over to my home in the past have told me that to them, it sounds as if I should entirely get the blower motor in the a/c device looked at. They say that it sounds like the fan in the air conditioning system is going to go at any time. However, I don’t ever take those suggestions seriously at all because I care about the loud whooshing sound that my air conditioner makes every single time that it comes on while in the summer. This is especially true for me at night, because that loud whooshing sound puts me right to sleep every single time. It’s like I’m a little baby riding in a car. Something about the sound of the a/c running in the night makes me fall right to sleep. I don’t believe if I would even be able to sleep at night while in the Summer if I had a quietly functioning central air conditioner! I sleep so well at this point while in the summertime that I don’t genuinely want to opening it by getting a new air conditioning system installed!
