My brother has consistently cared far more about the piece of land that he lives on than the actual beach house that he occupies on that land. Still, I have to disclose that he has a pretty darn nice set up. He lives in a single wide mobile beach house that he's managed to supe up into a legitimately nice location to live! Everything is well-maintained plus well furnished, plus I have to disclose that it looks nicer inside than various people's standard homes. He also designs the layout plus furnishes it in such a way that you barely notice that it's a mobile home. The only thing he was initially distraught about when he moved in was the thin walls plus lack of insulation. The two of us live in the Midwest, so weather can be quite brutal on both extreme ends. The summers can be legitimately sizzling plus the winters can be super cold. My brother likes to save a buck whenever plus wherever he can. He figured he could remain comfortable while using the easyst temperature control implements for his home. The single wide mobile home, while spacious, is still small enough to where he only legitimately needed three space heaters. There's a single in his family room, a single in the kitchen area, plus a single in the living room area. Even in the dead of the winter, this is sufficient to keep him sizzling as long as he wears an extra layer of clothing plus has thick blankets for his bed.
