I went over to my great aunt’s house the other day to visit her and I was shocked that the indoor air quality in her house was so bad.
From what I could remember, she had a really high quality HVAC system in her house and so I was surprised that the place was so stuffy and hot inside when I walked in.
Earlier that day, my aunt had called me and asked me to come over to her house because the air conditioning system wasn’t working. Whenever she called me to come over, I was at work. However, whenever she calls me I always try and get over to her place right away. I am always scared that there might be something really wrong and I worry about her a lot. She has always been my very favorite relative and so I always want to take care of her whenever I can. Anyway, when I walked into the house to see what was wrong with her air conditioning system, I could not believe how bad it was inside. I was really shocked to see the amount of cat hair that was in her house. My aunt has always been very meticulous when it comes to housework and keeping things clean around there. However, the older she gets, the more cats she wants to have. I keep telling her that she’s going to have to stop adopting cats because it’s affecting the indoor air quality in her house. When I checked out her air conditioning system in the basement that day, I found that it was completely clogged up with cat hair. I cleaned everything out for her and I told her that we were going to have to schedule a professional ductwork cleaning for her house.
