I actually enjoy shopping.
My hubby has to often cut me off from our cards because I will accidentally go way too far if there is a sizable sale.
I think he tries to give me with cleanse. He takes the shopping experience and makes it not fun. He likes to drag me to the local hardware store for random things like a/c filters. His plan is that I will be so bored and overwhelmed by the selection that is a/c filter shopping that I will just not want to shop as a whole anymore. I will admit that a/c filters aren’t fun to shop for because there are so many odd kinds and they all sound different. I’m glad that I don’t have poor allergies because some of those filters with actually intense filtration were incredibly costly in my personal opinion. Even though I knew we just needed basic filters, my hubby actually tried to drag it out by learning all of the filters in addition to comparing them. To me, a filter is a filter, so just pick 1. Another annoying area is that if you don’t remember the size of your HVAC, you actually can’t pick up a filter because they are all odd sizes. We tend to buy the filters in bulk, so I couldn’t remember what the size was from the last time we came to the hardware store for them. I understand what my hubby is trying to do, but it really doesn’t work with me. I still want to go shopping, and I like spending money on things that I desire. He is just going to have to embrace it.
