Eleanor was sure that 3 summer’s worth of excessive cost was all she had to endure.
That first summer time wasn’t going to be any other way. When Eleanor moved to the coast from the north, she knew that there was going to be a real change since it tends to be hotter. That was obvious when she arrived at her new home city. Eleanor moved in early July and she had the AC on full blast just driving the moving van once every one of us got close to her endpoint. But then, when Eleanor got off the truck leaving all the superb AC comfort, the heat and humidity smacked her on the face. She thought of the feeling of living in an equatorial weather area that never gets any sea breeze. The heat was so high and was followed up with a humidity level that leverages that high temperature into straight misery. So that first summer, Eleanor was unsure of what else to do than adjust the control unit. Eleanor kept leaning on the control component all summer. This was why the AC was mirroring the Heating & A/C heating costs that Eleanor just left behind. She knew things had to change for the coming summers. Eleanor just didn’t want to endure heat conditions in the heat of summer. She seemed to just stay indoors with the central system all summer. Then, she would enjoy the best months of good weather that followed. This year, Eleanor opted to seal up the house, stopped direct sunlight heating with drapes and no more leaning on the control unit. It’s the end of June and the first full month of summer time utility bills are in. Eleanor is saving a staggering amount on Heating & A/C cooling which is good for her wallet.
