For the past few weeks, I have noticed my air conditioning unit hasn’t been working as well.
This is absolutely odd to me, because when I go and absolutely check on the cooling unit, it seems to be in nice working order.
I knew the basics of Heating and Air Conditioning service, so I knew I was missing anything involving the air conditioning unit. As the weeks passed and it got worse and worse, I decided to seek a professional opinion. I called a Heating and Air Conditioning corporation, and they sent out a Heating and Air Conditioning worker to see what the issue was. The Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman came out and looked at my A/C unit, and confirmed what I said, that the cooling unit was working fine, it was absolutely my thermostat that was having problems. I was surprised my thermostat was having problems, and I’m glad the A/C tech pointed that out, because I had completely overlooked the thermostat. The Heating and Air Conditioning repairman told me I would need a new thermostat and so I looked online for the best 1 available. It seemed the best 1 available was the smart thermostat and so I went with that. I was able to install the smart thermostat myself, and within hours, I was amazed at the difference it made. My house felt incredibly cool, almost cold. I absolutely had to turn the temperature up because the temperature that my original thermostat was at was too cold for the smart thermostat. It made me realize that the thermostat has a large impact on how your cooling unit functions; Ever since I had the smart thermostat installed, my house has never felt better.
