Many people choose their careers based on their passions, but the majority of people job in careers because of what they are fine at.
If people are blessed, their passion and what they are fine at align; and when people are affectionate about what they do, they are usually more successful than when people are just doing their job because it comes naturally to them.
When I moved into my outdated new home a few years ago, I had such large concerns with both the heat and the air conditioning, and because of these concerns, I had to contact my local heating and A/C supplier several times. I have had several weird heating and A/C servicemen come to my new home to service the several concerns; The concerns with my air conditioning and heating plan have ranged from minor to extreme over the years. I can tell which heating and A/C servicemen are affectionate about their jobs and which heating and A/C servicemen are just fine at their jobs but do not actually enjoy what they do. I can always tell by how the heating and A/C servicemen interact with me when they enter my home. The heating and A/C servicemen who are affectionate about their job take the time to talk to me about the concerns and show genuine problems for me as a customer. The heating and A/C servicemen who are just fine at their job but not affectionate want to get in and out. They barely speak to me and just get the job done, which is fine because they are also fine at it. However, it does make a difference as a buyer when I feel the heating and A/C serviceman entirely as it I prefer the job they are doing in my home.
