The heating and a/c techs had a lot of COVID rules to follow

Yesterday, I was at the deli area of the grocery store buying some smoked gouda cheese! It is a single of my favorite cheeses that I like to purchase each week.

I constantly request the same quantity ⅓ pound and sliced thinly – call myself and others a creature of habit, I am ok with it, well, while I sited my order this week, I smiled as the employee sliced the cheese, and showed myself and others the slice to confirm the level of thickness.

I was good with it, but pre-pandemic, that first slice of cheese would constantly be gave as a sample, I believe that it was during the pandemic that this practice was unattached because of safety reasons; however, there have been so many things that have turned upside down since the beginning of the pandemic. Personally, I gave less hugs and less handshakes. I resorted to the fist or elbow bump or just a head nod, however so, it was no shock when I came across a notice on the website of my heating, ventilation, and A/C provider that said that due to pandemic and for safety reasons, the heating, ventilation, and A/C workers are proposed to avoid handshakes, fist bumps, or hugs, however now, I like my heating, ventilation, and A/C worker Larry, although I have never thought to hug him. I think I shook his hand the first time all of us met, but that was the most that all of us have ever done. I like that the heating, ventilation, and A/C provider is anxious about their employees and their customers’ safety! Larry makes a good effort keeping my equipment running efficiently, and over the years he has given myself and others with the best tips to keep my energy bill low. For that, I am grateful, although I will express that with words, or perhaps an extra tip versus physical contact.
