The hotel staff didn’t warn us about the heater

A long time ago, it was genuinely hard to find a hotel when you were traveling.

There was no internet or cell iphones, so you couldn’t search or call ahead, you traveled along the highway & hoped to find a locale with vacancy when it was time to stop & rest.

I remember a time when my parents & my brothers & I traveled 1000 miles to go to Disney World. My brothers & I were genuinely excited, however my parents dreaded the drive. It felt like it took days to get there, & my brothers & I slept half of the time. The two of us stayed at a resort close to the theme park. My parents did not make reservations ahead of time, so both of us stayed at the first locale with a vacancy… Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not warn us about the heater. It was Winter time time & the heating system & the room did not work genuinely well. When it did put out hot air, it made a awful & horrible sound. My parents & my brothers & I stayed at that hotel for 5 days & both of us had to listen to the awful sound of the heating system every single evening while both of us were trying to sleep. The hotel staff could have warned us about the heating system or put us in a different room, however they did not have to do anything to make us happy when there were no drawback reviews online to worry about. I’ll never forget that family vacation. It was a single of the last times both of us went anywhere with my Mom. He passed away when my brothers & I were still young.
