I wanted to be prepared for every step of the journey, with or without another person affixed to our last name, then as soon as I had enough currency for a down payment, I started looking for a site. I knew that I could save currency on rent simply by getting a mortgage instead of a lease. I did not suppose if I was going to spend the rest of our life in this unique site, but I knew that I would be building equity in the new home instead of throwing our currency down the drain to the proprietor. My first new home was a 3 home office and many bathroom fixer upper. I wanted to make some renovations and I had currency in the budget to do anything that I wanted. I chose to make renovations to the master bathroom and home office first. Inside of the master bathroom, I put a claw-footed tub and a spa. I also put heated flooring in the bathroom and the master home office. The heated flooring was an high-priced expense, but a single of our friends is an AC and heating dealer. The guy provided myself and others wholesale prices on all of the materials and rock bottom prices on the replacement fees. The master home office and bathroom are actually a single of the nicest features in the house. The master home office is larger than most other homes in the town and I have the only site with an indoor spa.
