When our hubby bought a new house, the people I was with and I did so because I was about to give birth to triplets; however, a two-family room, one-bathroom home would soon be too small for a family of more than four… Three women needed more than two more family rooms, and at least two more bathrooms; both of us found this sizable ancient beach house that had four family rooms and four bathrooms, and the only thing it needed to make it livable was a new heating, ventilation, and A/C system… And I loved the master-family room. It had an affixed bathroom and a walk-in closet. The other more than two family rooms had their own bathroom and a large closet. There was also a guest bathroom in the basement where they had remodeled to create a playroom and a spare family room. There was a half-bath off the laundry room on the main floor. I wondered why the price was so low, but the realtor told myself and others it was because the family had to sell it to pay for the nursing home expenses their parents had accrued. I doubted the people I was with and I could get the same amount of heat out of a gas furnace that was half the size of the ancient one, but the people I was with and I actually trusted him. A month later, the heating, ventilation, and A/C company installed our gas furnace. It may have been tiny, but it was strong. Both of us had all the heat the people I was with and I needed, and it also costs us less to run.
