Mostly, the challenges in our lives require extreme managing and some strenuous choices. But when it came to improving our indoor air quality with a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C change, it was just so easy. We’ve lived in our lake house now for about 4 years. When we bought it, there were things we had to inherit in order to get the property for the price we needed. That was part of the deal. So we took the older Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component and all that went with the residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C in our home. The lake house inspector said the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component was in wonderful shape and we immediately called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business to get on their Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair plan. Since then, we’ve never had a problem with the heating and cooling component as far as it functions. When we bought the stadium the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit was 10 years old so we’re hoping to maybe get another 4 years out of it. But, we’ve also started a savings account just to be sure that we’re covered when the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C expert informs us that the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit is through. That’s inevitable so it’s wise to be prepared. Yet, we never did consider the indoor air quality when it came to the old ductwork. So we recently had the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C expert come out to do the ductwork cleaning and ductwork resealing. And that’s when we noted that simply changing the air filter from the cheap paper air filter to the HEPA filter would make a large difference.
