We ended up having to buy a house without even seeing it first last year. We had both been transferred to a different city that was about a thousand miles away. We weren’t going to be able to have the time to go out there and do any scouting around before we moved, and so we found a really great online realtor who was willing to work with us to find a house before we got there. This particular lady actually specializes in helping people like us find homes that they aren’t going to be able to see in person before they sign on the dotted line. We told the realtor that the most important thing to us in the house was the heating and cooling system. We both have issues breathing during a lot of the year due to really bad allergies, and so the indoor air quality in a home is really the most important thing of all to us. She was able to find something for us that was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a home with a gas fireplace, a gas furnace, and a high efficiency air conditioning system. Not only that, but we also wanted to find a place with a really great view and a water feature in the backyard. This realtor really delivered with every single thing that we wanted except for one. The one thing that was missing at this house was a whole home air purification system. Of course, that was easy for us to add to the existing HVAC system once we got moved in. Overall, we are really happy in the place and thankful for our realtor.
