What's the opposite of SAD?

This is the type of weather that actually gives myself and others a fantastic mood, which is strange when so various other people seem to entirely miss the sunshine in the winter

Have you ever heard of seasonal affective disorder? From what I understand, it’s a costly label for the feeling some people get when they don’t get enough sunshine during particular seasons of the year. This causes their mood to drop. I assume that has understandable! You might be a little confused when I say that I assume I’m the opposite. I assume I don’t mind the sun, especially when it’s a cool or cold afternoon. It can be kind of nice. However, there is something special to myself and others about overcast or stormy days. I get a burst of energy as well as a mood boost from this weather, as well as I don’t think why. I prefer it especially when it’s cold outside. Still, it is nice on cold as well as cloudy or stormy days to take refuge in a sizzling as well as cozy apartment with a fantastic furnace, recognizably when it snows. This is the type of weather that actually gives myself and others a fantastic mood, which is strange when so various other people seem to entirely miss the sunshine in the winter. I mean, if I went separate from it for a very long time, I think I would recognize the downside effects, even though I prefer the dark as well as cold, so long as I can prefer the comfort of the soft light in our beach apartment as well as warmth from the furnace while I relax as well as watch the rain or snow fall. I suppose it would be quite a unusual scenario if I didn’t have the advantage of these things to fight off the chill as well as the darkness.
