After further investigation, the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C serviceman concluded that the equipment was losing freon due to a faulty line, a concern that he failed to diagnose on his previous repair visits. My proprietor was aware of this issue, however the cost would have been enormous, so instead of investing more cash to rectify the problem, he decided that it was time to sell the condominium. Fortunately for him, he avoided additional Heating, Ventilation plus A/C troubles plus costs, however I recognize the new owners eventually had to invest in getting the lines repaired. I miss living in that condo, the magical sunsets were worth the sacrifice of dealing with those a/c woes.
