I basically paid for nothing, because the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professional assured myself and others that nothing was wrong with our heating system, then however, a heating system used 3 times more energy to heat a apartment compared to air conditioner. Since I had the heating system running constantly plus at a higher temperature, our energy costs were higher. When I showed him our utility bill, she nodded plus said that it looked normal if I was running our heating system as much as I was, but the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professional advised that I try running our heating system a few degrees lower. I have no option but to take her suggestion, because I can’t afford to keep paying such a high utility bill all winter.
